Ascending spiritual degrees is by nullification toward higher spiritual degrees.

Based on the Daily Kabbalah Lesson of 18 November, 2009:

The Daily Kabbalah Lesson is taught by Dr. Michael Laitman, based on authentic Kabbalistic sources, and includes live participation by Kabbalah students and viewers on Kabbalah TV.

The lessons will be continuing daily at 8:10pm until 11pm EST (U.S.), Saturdays through Thursdays, on Kabbalah TV, and are available for free download in the Kabbalah Media Archive.

Rav M.Laitman I wish I could see you in your eyes.
I can sence such a real human being giving yourself away,It makes me cry of happiness
One day all of this confussion must disapear and the human race must come together because we are realy unique and wonderful when we show the best in us,but for now there is a work to be done and I feel every day stronger the conection with the Creator and this feeling I follow happyly,no matter where it leads
